  • Checkbox for Strong Team

Understand how strengths diversity impacts role contribution and team success. Workshops that leverage CliftonStrengths to equip a team with insights, appreciation, and strategies for boosting collaboration and performance.

  • Wellbeing Labs

Burnout is at a 3-year high and doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all solution. This workshop equips teams with practical and evidence-based strategies for better managing stressors, identifying and mitigating burnout, and insight on how to support team resilience. Individuals leave with a tailored Wellbeing Plan to use immediately and teams identify one practice for improving their resilience. Includes a Team Wellbeing Assessment.

  • Mentoring Programs

Mentoring is one of the most proven and sustainable strategies for driving employee growth, skill enhancement, knowledge transfer, and creating a culture of belonging. And yet engagement levels typically taper off because programs lack the structure, prep, and connection points necessary to maximize the participant experience. We partner with companies to design, facilitate, and evaluate mentoring programs that are successful and sustainable.

  • Learning Labs

Workshops to learn and practice critical human skills in-person, virtually, or via micro-learning. Topics include: Master Difficult Conversations; Maximize Motivation; Work Wellbeing; Emotional Agility; Present with Impact.

Guiding Principles for project design:

  • Make the core ideas simple, sticky, and relevant

  • Build layered and coherent learning content, building one new practice / habit at a time

  • Give people the experiences they need to facilitate strongest possible insight and to embed new learning, mindsets, and skills

  • Continue to measure, improve, and tweak for an iterative learning journey
