Positive Work was founded by Giselle Timmerman, one of the first 30 people in the world to study Applied Positive Psychology under Martin Seligman at the University of Pennsylvania: the scientist who launched the field. Since 2005, Giselle has applied that research to real organizations: translating decades of peer-reviewed evidence into leadership programmes that are as rigorous as they are practical.
